These Terms govern use of this website, operated by Starquest Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 54.935.863/0001-80, Rua Tocantins, 250, Casa 06, Jardim Excelsior, Cabo Frio, RJ, 28915-070, Brazil (“Seller”, “we”). Contact: hello@willowandpane.com.

1. Products

We sell made-to-order physical phone cases, printed per order and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Product photos show the printed design; actual case colour may vary slightly by screen. Select your exact phone model at checkout.

2. Payment, pricing and tax

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country and are calculated at checkout where configured, or may be collected by customs/your carrier on delivery for some destinations. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.

3. Orders, production and delivery

Each case is printed to order. Production typically takes a few business days before shipping; total delivery time depends on your destination and carrier. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

4. Returns and refunds

Because each case is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong colour preference, changed mind, etc.). See our Refund Policy for what is covered — defects, wrong items, and damage in transit.

5. Disclaimer

Designs are printed, flat, high-resolution graphics — not raised, textured, or real glass — despite the “stained glass” styling. Screen colours may differ slightly from the printed result.

6. Account and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and not misuse the site (fraud, scraping abuse, attacks). We may suspend access for serious breaches.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that order.
